Appellation: Appellation of Controlled Origin Varietal: 100% Barbera Gastronomic Pairings: light appetizers, lightly processed main courses and fresh/medium-aged cheeses. Vinification: maceration for 12-15 days at temperatures between 25-28°C with frequent pumping over in stainless steel tanks. Racking and end of alcoholic fermentation for an additional 10-12 days. Aging: in oak barrels of 50 Hl capacity for a period of at least 12 months. This is followed by resting in steel tanks for 2-3 months before bottling. Serving Temperature: 16-18°C Alcohol content: 14%.

Intense ruby red with obvious violet notes. Intense aroma, with hints of raspberry and plum. In the mouth it is dry, well balanced, and with right acidity. The fruit sensation persists for a long time.
